Our first General Meeting of the year will be held at Famous Dave's Barbecue Restaurant, 208 Advantage Drive in Cedar Bluff, 865-694-9990. Happy hour will start at 5pm, and the program will begin at 6pm. The program will feature personal trainer and pain specialist Alex Seen. Alex has a B.S. & M.A. in Kinesiology and has been working with clients for 29 years. His topic is "Is your brain creating your pain, and if so, what to do about it." We will be in The Cabin, the side room on the left across from the bar.
