About this event
Enjoy breathtaking views of the sapphire-blue Lake Tahoe while skiing Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe. The resort spans California and Nevada. Beyond the 4,800 acres of diverse trails for all skill levels, the resort provides a vibrant apres-ski scene with casinos and lively entertainment just steps away from the slopes, making for a truly dynamic winter getaway.

What is included in your Heavenly trip package?
⛷ Seven nights lodging at the Forest Suites Resort, including a welcome reception, daily hot breakfast, and baggage handling. The resort is 100 yards from the Heavenly Gondola and steps away from the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Heavenly Village and the Nevado casinos. Lake Link provides free, on-demand transportation.
⛷ Round trip airfare Knoxville to Reno on American Airlines
⛷ Round trip ground transfers including driver gratuity and 1-hour grocery stop
⛷ Club hosted events including group dinner and other fun-filled activities
What is NOT included in your package?
⛷ Lift tickets. At this time group lift tickets are NOT available for this trip, and you should purchase EPIC Pass products. You can purchase here to use pass products instead of group lift tickets.
⛷ Travel insurance. Don't let your vacation get ruined by something you can't predict. You can get affordable coverage for all this and more: trip cancellation and interruption: trip delays if flying or driving; medical expenses for injury & sickness; lost, stolen, or delayed baggage; hurricanes, snowstorms, & wildfires; job loss & other perils; and emergency medical evacuation & repatriation. Vacation Guard is partnering with Sports America to offer travel protection and purchase insurance here. If you opt out of travel insurance, you must pay in full when registering for the trip.
Land only pricing begins at $1,230 double occupancy and $2,180 single occupancy. Early bird discount applies to land if ten people are confirmed on group air by August 31. Please contact the trip leader if you are interested in a land only package.

Registration is required
All rooms are double occupancy. Individual rooms are available for an additional fee. If you wish to have a room to yourself, please contact the Trip Leader for complete information.
All trip participants MUST be current KSOC members in good standing for the current membership year. Reservations are confirmed when membership to KSOC is current for the trip year.
Cancellation Policy: All requests to cancel from a trip must be made in writing to the trip leader. All cancellations will forfeit all deposits paid to date. Cancelling individuals may be reimbursed for the trip up to the amount paid less any unrecoverable expenses. If a replacement is found, cancelling guest will forfeit the $25 Sports America cancellation fee, in addition to any credit card fees and/or insurance premiums paid.
